The ambiance of Palazzaccio Da Eduardo Ristorante is nothing short of inviting. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an atmosphere that perfectly balances the elegance of a classic Roman eatery with the warmth of a family-run business. The walls, adorned with tasteful art and a mix of traditional Roman elements, create an environment that feels both upscale and cozy. The menu at Palazzaccio Da Eduardo Ristorante is a celebration of fresh, high-quality ingredients, typical of Italian cuisine. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent, and it’s clear that this is the foundation of every dish they prepare. For the main course, there are plenty of traditional options to choose from. The pasta dishes, such as the spaghetti alla carbonara or the fettuccine with wild mushrooms and truffle, are a hit. For dessert, the tiramisu is a perfect choice. Light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, it’s the ideal way to end a meal. However, if you’re in the mood for something a bit more indulgent, the chocolate lava cake with a scoop of vanilla gelato is another excellent option. • We have found what is, without a doubt, our best gastronomic experience in Rome to date: the Ristorante Palazzaccio Da Eduardo. This establishment is a must-visit for those seeking a high-level lunch. Ambiance and Experience From the moment we walked in, the ambiance impressed us. The setting is quiet, very beautiful, and evokes a high-class, high-level venue. It is a perfect space to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy the finest Italian cuisine with serenity. Exceptional Service Our waiter, Rafael, deserves a special mention. His service was the personification of kindness and professionalism. He was attentive at all times and offered excellent recommendations that further enhanced our dish selection. Impeccable service truly makes a difference. The Cuisine: Cooked to Perfection Regarding the food, everything we tried was simply delicious. The quality is unbeatable, and the most outstanding detail is that every dish was cooked to the exact point. This culinary precision elevated the experience and demonstrated the mastery they hold in the kitchen. Price It is important to mention that the price is a little high, but we want to emphasize that it is completely worth every Euro spent. The quality of the product, the atmosphere, and the service more than justify the cost. Final Verdict We recommend this place without hesitation. If you are looking for the best combination of elegant ambiance, professional service (thank you, Rafael), and perfectly executed dishes in Rome, Palazzaccio Da Eduardo is the ideal destination.

  • The menu is a bit seafood heavy but mu husband's veal was brilliant. Grilled porcini mushrooms, the largest i have ever seen were just perfect. I had the bucatini Sofia with anchovies, chili and tomatoes. It was to die for. We finished our meal with the tiramisu. It was deconstructed deliciousness. Carlo and the rest of the staff were very attentive and Chef Eduardo was ever present. BRAVO!

  • Can’t say enough about this place. We had Raphael as a server and met the chef Eduardo, both super friendly! The food was amazing, we got the lemon pasta, mushroom pasta, ravioli, burrata salad, beef carpaccio and roasted mushrooms. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, we will be back!

  • Came here with an Italian friend for our first lunch in Rome. Very good beef and fish carpaccio. The homemade seafood pasta is good with very good texture. My friend liked the traditional lamb dish too. Rafael was very friendly and helpful and we had a good chat. We received some complimentary limoncello and dessert for free! The owner and chef greeted us too. The food price for the seasonal and fresh menu is slightly high but justified. Wines are fairly priced and delicious. I recommend.

  • Welcome to a little corner of Roman paradise. Carlo and Raffaele will make you feel at home, we had an amazing time. And if you're there for the food, you're in for a treat! All ingredients are fresh and cooked with passion and subtlety. I would recommend going for the classics, and ask your waiter for suggestions, he will be happy to advise! I highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed!

  • In Roma for a few days and the concierge at Le Meridian recommended the restaurant. Raphael and Carlo gave us spectacular service and we had a meal we will not soon forget. Feeling adventurous, we chose the Chef Selection five course meal. Raphael would not tell us what we were getting, but Chef Eduardo prepared an amazing culinary experience for us. We started with a fried ravioli and shrimp dish, followed by a fish tartare. Both dishes were outstanding. The pasta course was perfect with fresh mushrooms and more shrimp. The main course was a meaty white fish (lamberjack, I think?) served with a homemade baked potato crisp. Raphael recommend a Brunello wine that paired wonderfully with the meal. The final course was a black truffle ice cream with white truffle accents and blew us away. We finished the meal with espresso and grappa and were delighted to be able to give our compliments to Chef Eduardo ourselves as he came out to our table to thank us for choosing the chef selection. It was a memorable evening for sure!
